Challenges before my involvement:

Redbelly was struggling with clarity and consistency.
Their positioning was vague, and the messaging lacked direction.

  • Their website (then: link) was generic, with AI-generated copy and visuals that didn’t speak to their target audience.

  • There was no content strategy for social media or community.

  • Posting was irregular, poorly adapted across platforms, and often missed the mark in tone and relevance.

  • Engagement was minimal, and audiences weren’t connecting or responding in a meaningful way.

This weak content presence was slowing down key outcomes, community growth, fundraising, mainnet traction, and potential listings.

Impact (July–December 2024)

I began by aligning with Redbelly’s business goals, clarifying what success looked like for their marketing, community, and growth.

  • Identified our target audience and where they spent their time

  • Built a practical content strategy and calendar rooted in those insights

  • Introduced consistent, platform-native posts with clear calls to action

  • Designed community-focused themes and engagement loops that rewarded participation

  • Made the brand feel more human by spotlighting the team, execs, research, and wins

  • Rolled out the plan, tested formats, and actively optimized based on live feedback

This structured yet flexible approach helped bring direction, momentum, and meaningful connection to Redbelly’s social and community presence.

  • Scaled Redbelly’s community from 60K to 210K members across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram in just 6 months.

  • Streamlined content ops to deliver ~10% engagement rate, with over 6.5M impressions and 600K+ interactions.

  • Collaborated closely with the Head of Marketing and Chief Growth Officer to shape and execute growth strategies tailored to the crypto-native audience.

  • Led 20+ AMAs, podcasts, and community events, plus 15+ quests to spark meaningful participation.

  • Managed and mentored a team of 4 moderators and 4 ambassadors, driving consistent engagement and community health.
