I started in 2016 by building what eventually became one of India’s largest AI communities, growing it to 500K+ members long before AI became mainstream. What began as curiosity turned into a deep understanding of how tech products grow, how communities shape perception, and how trust compounds into distribution.

Over the last few years, I’ve worked with 10+ early-stage startups across AI, SaaS, Web3, and Education, helping them go from “great product, no traction” to building clear positioning, scalable content systems, engaged communities, and sustainable growth engines. Across these projects, I’ve contributed to scaling audiences and communities to over 1M+ members across Discord, Telegram, Slack, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

I’m an IT engineer turned full-stack marketer who operates across strategy and execution. From GTM strategy, messaging, storytelling, launch planning, growth campaigns, and founder branding to content systems, community infrastructure, partnerships, and user engagement, I like being close to the entire journey, not just one function of it.

What sets my work apart is a psychology-first approach to marketing. I care deeply about making products feel human, intentional, and culturally relevant, whether that’s through positioning, onboarding, content, or community experiences. What kind of startups do you work with?

I primarily work with early-stage startups across AI, SaaS, Web3, developer tools, and emerging tech. Most teams come to me when they have a strong product but need help with positioning, growth, content, GTM strategy, founder branding, or community-led traction.

Do you only help with strategy, or execution as well?

Both. I work across strategy and execution. That includes GTM planning, messaging, content systems, social media, founder branding, community building, launch campaigns, partnerships, and growth experiments. I’m usually most effective when I’m involved closely enough to help ideas actually get shipped.

What makes your approach different from a traditional marketing agency?

I work more like an embedded growth and marketing partner than a typical agency. My approach combines psychology, storytelling, community, and distribution to build trust-driven growth systems that feel human and sustainable, not just “marketing campaigns.”

Can you help if we’re still figuring out product-market fit?

Yes. In fact, that’s where a lot of my work happens. Early-stage startups often need clarity around positioning, audience understanding, messaging, onboarding, and feedback loops before scaling aggressively. I help build those foundations.
