Before I came on board

Tonomy had a promising product but lacked a cohesive marketing engine to support its growth.

  • Managed a $100K marketing budget, distributing spend across growth campaigns, events, and agency partnerships for maximum ROI.

  • Planned and hosted live AMAs and webinars, tripling engagement through better formats and distribution.

  • Partnered with ecosystem leaders to run co-branded campaigns and build long-term community loyalty.

  • Set up analytics systems to monitor content and community performance and guide ongoing strategy.

The piece now anchors Tonomy’s marketing, sales, and community education efforts.
